When a brewing company as big as New Belgium Brewing decides Tucson might be a great spot to test their latest creation, it’s obvious word is getting out that beer connoisseurs here know their stuff.
The beer, Mural Agua Fresca Ale represents a collaboration between New Belgium and Mexican craft brewery, Primus.
To help introduce the beer, New Belgium teamed up with BOCA Tacos chef Maria Mazon to offer a four-course dinner at BOCA.
The dinner takes place from 6-10 p.m., Tuesday, April 3. Seats are $49, which can be purchased via Eventbrite here.

First Course
- Ceviche: Hibiscus flower, local tomato, organic micro greens, clam juice, olive oil
- Pairing: Mural Margarita
Second Course
- Pulo Taco: Grilled octopus, achiote paste, salsa verde
- Pairing: Mural Citrus Pritzer
Third Course
- Pato A la Plancha: Pan seared duck breast, grilled potato puree, onion jam
- Pairing: Mezcal y Mural
Fourth Course
Raspado de Mural: Traditional Mexican Raspado with a twist Mural syrup topped with sweet condense milk.
