Enjoy Sonoran-inspired bbq specialties, live mesquite-grilled meats and seafood, traditional Sonoran hot dogs, specialty handmade sausages from Forbes Meat Co., Sonoran-style sweets, conchas and pastries and artisan offerings from local farmers and producers. Join Chef Ryan Clark and special guests including Don Guerra of Barrio Bread, Bronson Smith of Popoverz Indian Frybread, and Ryan of Dragoon Brewing.
