Yellow Brick Coffee is single origin, specialty coffee, roasted on demand. Our customers enjoy wonderfully delicious coffee that starts with our farmers, journeys through our elevated quality controls and our expertly engineered roasting techniques, and ends in a perfectly brewed cup. Quality and traceability are the foundation of our sourcing methods. We travel the globe to learn about how coffee is produced directly from the farmer. We seek the best beans, then handcraft a unique roast profile for each origin to accentuate its best attributes. Our roasts are always fresh, and flavorful; the roast date and tasting notes for each small batch are listed on every package. Yellow Brick Coffee was founded in 2011 by Anna Perreira, a coffee connoisseur with an appreciation for food, culture and sociality. Her brother, David Perreira, joined her in opening their first coffee shop in 2014 on South Dodge Boulevard. In 2023, they opened their Flagship shop on North Country Club Rd. Yellow Brick Coffee products and services are now available internationally, with the roaster-cafe based in Tucson, Arizona.
