How and when did you first become interested in beer?
I’ve been home brewing since 2004. I hung out in one of the fermentation classes, caught the brewing bug from my professor and proceeded to blow up the first porter in the closet. I was hooked from there.
What do you think you bring to the brewing game that makes you stand out?
Continual brewing experimentation on recipes and tap offerings keep 1912 Brewing Company an engaging part of the community. 1912 Brewing offers as much of a variety as we can with our beers. Part of the process for creating new beers for 1912 is Arizona-inspired. The Southwest has a flair and taste of its own and makes for great inspiration.
