A glass of bubbly is always a welcome addition to dinner, but have you tried pairing kombucha beer? Did you even know it existed? If you love lambic beer or sour beer, you’ll definitely want to give this a try.

Noble Hops is hosting a four-course kombucha beer dinner with Unity Vibration Tuesday, April 19 at 6 p.m.

Unity Vibration, from Ypsilanti, Michigan, produces kombucha tea and also kombucha beer, which is fermented in oak barrels with hops and whole fruits.

Unity Vibration Four-Course Kombucha Beer Dinner Menu

First Course
  • Root Salad – Beets, fennel, prawns, lotus roots, striped radishes, mint and pomegranate dressing
  • Paired with Elderwand Kombucha Beer
Second Course
  • Tempeh and Citrus Fennel Aerated Foam – Seared tempe, crispy spinach risotto cake, meyer lemon fennel foam
  • Paired with Triple-Goddess Raspberry Kombucha Beer
Third Course
  • Hemp Seed Pesto and Gnocchi – Asian basil, extra virgin olive oil, blended hemp seed and black garlic, Peruvian potato gnocchi, romano cheese
  • Paired with Triple-Goddess Ginger Kombucha Beer
Fourth Course
  • Dragonfruit and Chia Pudding – Oat pudding, banana, blueberries, dragonfruit, flax seed, coconut-soaked chai
  • Paired with Triple-Goddess Bourbon Peach Kombucha Beer
