Seattle-based MOD Pizza is bringing super-fast, artisanal-style pizza to Tucson. The choose-your-own-topping pizza joint, similar in service style to locally owned Pionic Pizza, will celebrate their grand opening this Friday, April 22 at the new store’s location across Wetmore from the Tucson Mall at 4386 North Oracle Road.

MOD is offering free pizzas for the first 52 customers in line, a drawing for free pizza for a year and other free giveaways. A retro photo booth will also be on site.

One hundred percent of pizza sales during the event will benefit Tu Nidito, a non-profit agency in Tucson that provides services for children and families whose lives have been impacted by the diagnosis of a serious illness or the death of a loved one.

Though there are many pizzas on the menu, different toppings can be added at no additional cost. To check out the full menu, head on over to modpizza.com.

MOD plans on opening two more locations in the Tucson area — one in Oro Valley and one in east Tucson. No date has been set yet.

Last year, MOD Pizza was ranked seventh in Fortune’s 2015 “The 20 Best Workplaces in Retail.”
