Don’t Miss Primo’s Three Course Meyer Lemon Dinner

JW Marriott Star Pass’s flagship restaurant, Primo, continues its ingredient-focused prix-fixe dinner this month with a fresh new menu featuring Meyer lemon. Expect this month’s menu to extend into January a little, too.

If you’ve kept watch the last few months, or even tried any of these dinners, this one might be the best thus far. I mean, duck confit? C’mon! Also Chef Roderick Ledesma and his team’s execution of each dish is pretty much flawless.

Past dinner’s featured ingredients included chiles in Septemberbutternut squash in October, and apple in November.
