JW Marriott Star Pass’s flagship restaurant, Primo, continues its ingredient-focused prix-fixe dinner this month with a fresh new menu featuring Meyer lemon. Expect this month’s menu to extend into January a little, too.
If you’ve kept watch the last few months, or even tried any of these dinners, this one might be the best thus far. I mean, duck confit? C’mon! Also Chef Roderick Ledesma and his team’s execution of each dish is pretty much flawless.
JW Marriott Star Pass’s Primo Meyer Lemon Prix-Fixe Menu
- Crab Cake topped with Meyer lemon salad and paired with Albert Bichot Chablis*
- Baked Ricotta with Meyer lemon, served with crostini and paired with Venica & Jesera Pinot Grigio*
- Linguine with fried Meyer lemon, chile flake, and parsley paired with Castello di Ama Al Poggio*
- Meyer Lemon Gnocchi with duck confit and goat cheese paired with Colosi Nero d’Avola*
Meyer lemon Budino with torched blood and whipped cream paired with Elio Perrone Moscato d’Asti*
Primo’s December prix-fixe dinner is $45 per person. For the full experience add the wine pairing for an additional $15 per person.
