Check out this three course dinner available at Primo throughout November

JW Marriott Star Pass’s flagship restaurant, Primo, continues its ingredient-focused prix-fixe dinner this month with a fresh new menu.

For November, the featured ingredient is apple. And, man oh man, check out what Chef de Cuisine Roderick Ledesma has whipped up. Past dinner’s featured ingredients included chiles in September and butternut squash in October.

Primi

Choose from:

• Burrata with grilled apple, apple balsamic, and vanilla olive oil paired with Nino Franco Prosecco*
• Apple Tarte Tatin with goat cheese, arugala, and prosciutto paired with Sancerre Domaine de la Vaill*

Secondi

Choose from:

• Pork Confit with caramelized apple and braised cabbage paired with Dr. Konstanin Frank Riesling*
• Red Wine Braised Beef with apple gremolata, sweet potato puree, and sauteed greens paired with Montepulciano Avignonesi*

Dolce

Apple Cider Donuts with bacon fat caramel and whipped creme fraiche paired with Lustau Sherry*

Primo’s November prix-fixe dinner is $45 per person. For the full experience add the wine pairing for an additional $15 per person.
