For a dose of mystery and surprise with modern fine dining, check out the sixth pop-up wine dinner from Pop-Up Tucson on Friday, March 31.

In true Pop-Up Tucson style, the location will be announced 24 hours prior to the event, while the menu will be announced 48 hours prior to the event. This dinner will feature seven courses and special guest chef Kyle Nottingham, chef de cuisine at Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa.

Previous locations have ranged from outdoor scenic mountainsides to the hidden garage of Owl’s Club. This dinner’s location will feature a top floor view.

The event also offers a Chef’s Table option, where up to five guests can arrive early to sit privately by the kitchen and enjoy an exclusive craft cocktail and special amuse-bouche.

Previous dinners included dishes such as:

  • Blackened serrano salmon sashimi, micro greens, saffron rice.
  • Marinated + grilled duck asada, fire roasted corn purĂ©e, duck chicharonnes, cilantro.
  • Chocolate risotto, media crema, strawberry foam, mint

Pop-Up Tucson chef Riley Chandler started in his grandma’s kitchen making pasta and bread from scratch, then worked his way into the kitchens of Chef Janos Wilder. Most recently, he runs Pop-Up Tucson, provides cooking demonstrations at Williams Sonoma at La Encantada, and assists with events at Carriage House.

All-inclusive tickets are $125 per person. Chef’s Table tickets are $150. Please note any dietary restrictions upon reservation. For more information and to make reservations, please visit rileychandlerpc.com.
