Menu offerings include a variety of teas, coffee drinks, baked goods, and ice creams.

Dine at the Chinese restaurant Panda House in the University of Arizona area and you might notice stairs leading to a curtain-covered door.

While it has been off limits the past several months, you can now peek into the bright wasabi-green walls of Panda House Coffee & Tea, which quietly opened next door at 1112 E. Sixth St. on Monday.

The space features one cozy room with a sofa and a group table, while another room features small tables ideal for solo study sessions.

The decor is an eclectic and eccentric range of U of A-themed wall decals, ranging from a Minion in U of A overalls to nondescript cartoon men dressed in U of A gear. Panda merchandise is mounted on the wall to the left of the entrance.

Menu offerings include a wide variety of milk tea, flavored tea, slushies, smoothies, and coffee drinks. A small selection of traditional Chinese health teas, cakes, cookies, ice creams, and snacks are also available in addition to add-on scoops.

Add-On Scoops

  • Coconut Jelly
  • Red Bean
  • Mung Bean
  • Black Boba
  • Grass Jelly
  • Pudding
  • Juicy Boba
