Art of Plating 2018: Video Footage, Competing Plates & Photo Booth Fun

Fierce competition with delicious, beautifully crafted results.

In collaboration with Copenhagen Imports and eight outstanding local chefs, Tucson Foodie hosted its first Art of Plating event on Saturday, October 27. Here were each of the chef’s submissions:

After a close voting session, executive chef Ryan Clark, executive pastry chef Gina Skelton, and the team from PY Steakhouse at Casino Del Sol won both the judge’s choice and people’s choice votes.
