Aqua Vita Kitchen Now Open with Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free Options

Tucked inside the store, the restaurant offers a mostly vegan menu. About half the menu is gluten-free.

Natural food store Aqua Vita quietly opened a restaurant mid-November.

Tucked inside the store, the restaurant offers a mostly vegan menu. About half the menu is gluten-free.

Although the menu is currently mostly Indian food, the restaurant will soon incorporate vegan burgers and burritos as options.

Furthermore, the menu changes daily.

Aqua Vita Kitchen January 22, 2019 Menu Highlights

  • Samosa ($3.99 for 2) – crispy pastry stuffed with potatoes, green peas, herbs
  • Mixed Veg Pakoras ($3.49 for about 6) – mixed vegetables with chickpea flour
  • Gobi Parantha ($3.49) – whole wheat tortilla stuffed with cauliflower, herbs
  • Combo Plate ($8.99 for rice and 2 dishes, $11.00 for rice and 4 dishes)
  • Shalgam ($3.99) – turnips cooked in herbs and curry sauce
  • Kala Chana ($3.99) – whole black gram cooked in herbs and curry sauce
  • Kheer ($3.99) – rice pudding
  • Vegan Chai ($1.99)

Store hours are 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday – Saturday. Restaurant hours are 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday – Saturday.
