Natural food store Aqua Vita quietly opened a restaurant mid-November.
Tucked inside the store, the restaurant offers a mostly vegan menu. About half the menu is gluten-free.
Although the menu is currently mostly Indian food, the restaurant will soon incorporate vegan burgers and burritos as options.
Furthermore, the menu changes daily.

- Samosa ($3.99 for 2) – crispy pastry stuffed with potatoes, green peas, herbs
- Mixed Veg Pakoras ($3.49 for about 6) – mixed vegetables with chickpea flour
- Gobi Parantha ($3.49) – whole wheat tortilla stuffed with cauliflower, herbs
- Combo Plate ($8.99 for rice and 2 dishes, $11.00 for rice and 4 dishes)
- Shalgam ($3.99) – turnips cooked in herbs and curry sauce
- Kala Chana ($3.99) – whole black gram cooked in herbs and curry sauce
- Kheer ($3.99) – rice pudding
- Vegan Chai ($1.99)
Store hours are 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday – Saturday. Restaurant hours are 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday – Saturday.
