One great thing about Ghini’s French Caffe (there’s actually a lot of great things, but this is just one of them) is how fresh chef and owner Coralie Satta keeps the menu. And I mean that both literally and figuratively.

Every month you can find a variety of new items. Some months include more additions than other months but there’s always something.

For January, Ghini’s is offering 4 additions: two beverages and two food items.

To start, breakfast is served with Bacon Hot Honey French Toast. For this dish,  which is also perfect for sharing,  thick cut French toast gets smothered with butter, chopped bacon, and hot local Tone Nutrition honey. This dish is also available sans bacon or substituted with any other breakfast meat, such as sausage.

Every month you can look forward to a new burger. For January, it’s a Juicy Mushroom French Peppercorn Sauce Burger. Yep, it’s a mouthful, but really, it’s a mouthful. This baby gets topped with cracked pepper aioli, grilled tomato, grilled mushrooms and melted gruyere before getting smothered in a creamy and savory cognac infused peppercorn sauce on grilled La Baguette roll. This one’s served with a French pickle.

Over in the beverage department, Ghini’s is offering two special creations. Mexican Hot Chocolates & Mochas features spiced Mexican hot chocolate covered in whipped cream and dusted liberally with cinnamon. Hibiscus Mimosa is perfect for brunch, lunch, or dinner and includes Champagne mixed with a fresh hibiscus infusion.
