“Careful, she’s feisty!” I was warned about this elusive specialty release beer by Ashley Azzone, Lab Manager of Dragoon Brewing Company.

Named after a prehistoric 30-foot-long crocodilian, the Sarcosuchus Imperial IPA clocks in at 11% ABV, but she’s still a lovable croc. Golden in color, crystal clear, and a decadent hop profile evoking tropicals and succulent stone fruits. Notes of honeysuckle and green tea – almost candy-like but decidedly not syrupy – keep her approachable until she gets her teeth in ya.

Available in the Dragoon taproom or your local bottle shop until she goes extinct.

Dragoon Brewing Company is located at 1859 W. Grant Rd. #111. For more information, visit dragoonbrewing.com.
