After a successful soft opening this past weekend, Sonoran House, a new coffee shop and retail space at 1610 N. Tucson Blvd., is officially open for business.
“Thank you to our friends and family for coming to support,” the Sonoran House team shared. “Stop by to try our coffee/tea and check out our 50+ local vendors!”
The new midtown coffee/gift shop is open daily from 6:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Founders Arianna Wilson and Courtney Bedient are excited about opening a new community hub. They’re also the brains behind Cactus Wren Kids — an online store for parents that offers clothing for kids.
The new 1,000-square-foot space near the corner of Tucson Boulevard and Elm Street serves coffee, tea, and locally baked pastries. They’re actually roasting their own coffee, too!
When it comes to their tea selection, the hot options include Cream Earl Grey, Orange Spice, Masala Chai, Japanese Sencha Green, and Japanese Matcha.
Iced teas include Hibiscus, Black Mango, and Sonoran Herbal.
The vision behind Sonoran House is to offer a cozy and welcoming environment where customers can relax, read, and socialize. Comfortable seating areas will be provided, enhancing the shop’s atmosphere and making it an ideal spot for both solo visitors and groups.
The shop’s retail section showcases handmade items from local artisans, including pottery, jewelry, and soaps. The opening of Sonoran House reflects a growing trend in Tucson — blending coffee culture with local retail in community-focused spaces.
