She slyly slurped the salty shishitos, smiling at the subtle spice
Alliteration aside, these subtle little peppers pack an addictive tangy, tart, umami combination with a slight addictive heat that builds slowly.
To top it off, you also get a tableside flambé of a show.
Oh, and for the record, the Chardonnay was just used for the alliteration. Go for something lighter like an Albariño for the better wine pairing.
