On Monday, October 31, chef and owner Mateo Otero announced that his popular taco joint, Rollies Mexican Patio, is opening a brand new location at the MSA Annex.

Beginning Thursday, November 3, Rollies will have its new food truck permanently parked at the Annex found at 267 S. Avenida Del Convento (the original location on 12th Avenue isn’t going anywhere).

At the moment, the current hours of operation will be 3 – 9:30 p.m. on Thursday – Saturday and then noon – 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Otero has a substantial amount of goodness spread across his menu, from his own take on the classic dishes to the modernized dishes, he’s really hit the nail on the head — making you wish you had more than one stomach to engulf.

Plus, expect to see some new items on Rollies’ food truck menu like a birria bánh mì torta, strawberry horchata, cheesy potato tacos, and sweet canela, which is a cinnamon iced tea. They’ll have a lot of the same items found at their 12th Avenue restaurant, too, so keep an eye out for the birria ramen amongst other local favorites.

The original Rollies Mexican Patio is located at 4573 S. 12th Ave. and the new food truck will be parked at 267 S. Avenida Del Convento (MSA Annex). For more information, visit rolliestucson.com and follow Rollie’s on Facebook and Instagram.
