With Substance Diner parked out in front, cold beers on tap indoors, and an exceptional patio in the back, MotoSonoran Brewing Company is quite the destination in Tucson. Now, they’re adding yet another reason to visit the brewery: pizza.
Last weekend, Pizza Sonora made its big debut on the back patio and now the team is excited to host its official grand opening on Friday, August 4. The food truck is MotoSonora Brewing’s very own food venture and they’ll be serving pies daily from 5 – 9 p.m. at 1015 S. Park Ave.
On the Menu
Pizza Sonora features classic pizzas like straight-up cheese and pepperoni pizzas, but they also have a couple of their own creations coming out of the oven. Sticking to their Sonoran roots, the pizza food truck has an Elote Pizza up for grabs and a Sonoran Hot Dog Pizza awaiting your arrival.
If you’re super hungry, order a whole pizza. If you’re planning on getting something else to eat from Substance Diner, order a slice. Better yet, make it a combo — a slice of pizza and a pint of beer will cost you just $8. This is a combo special the team is going to keep around daily.
“We also plan on adding dessert and other menu items as we get into the fall and hope to expand the hours for lunch as well,” said Jeremy DeConcini of MotoSonora Brewing Company.
