On Friday, May 29, Ursa will welcome Chef Johnny Ortiz, owner of acclaimed restaurant /Shed in Taos, NM, for a one-night collaborative dinner. High desert will meet low desert as Chef Johnny Ortiz and Chef Aaron Lopez explore the ingredients and influences from their respective regions through an 8-course tasting menu. The experience will include mixed beverage pairings, with non-alcoholic pairings available upon request.
