Join us for an unforgettable Monthly Wine Pairing Dinner hosted by Bar Manager and Partner Chris Halvorsen. This guided five-course dining experience features the restaurant’s weekly tasting menu thoughtfully paired with specially curated wines selected to complement each course. Guests will enjoy expert insights throughout the evening while exploring unique wine and food pairings. Featured wines will also be available for purchase by the bottle at retail pricing, less 15%, making it the perfect opportunity to discover new favorites. The dinner and pairings are $105++ per guest, with all gratuities going directly to the service staff.

With the victory, Dromgoole joins Ryan Clark as the only chefs to win @theironcheftucson three years in a row.
