Celebrate the flavors of the season with Cuisine Classique’s Italian Christmas Eve class. Participants will learn to create a festive and memorable meal perfect for Christmas Eve or any special occasion. The menu features a delightful antipasti appetizer, a fresh and vibrant chopped salad, and the show stopping Bucatini di Frutti di Mari. To finish, students will craft towers of scrumptious Struffoli, a traditional Italian dessert. IOU Sushi III has closed. The all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant on North Oracle Road announced the news on Facebook after about 10 years in Tucson. “This is the hardest post I’ve had to write,” the owners said.
