About

You’re invited to the opening of Gastronomy Tucson: Documenting Our Food Culture.

As the first UNESCO City of Gastronomy in the United States, Tucson tells its story through the desert-adapted crops grown here, the people who cultivate and prepare them, and the culinary traditions passed down for generations.

Join us in celebrating the artists who capture the land, flavors, resilience, and cultural identity of the Sonoran Desert.
