A conglomeration of some of Tucson's most beloved chefs conspire for a feat of culinary alchemy to transform base ingredients into gustatory gold! Taking inspiration from junk food, TV dinners, and other throwbacks of kitsch food, the GUT chefs offer five courses of imaginative, playful, and magically delicious plates accompanied by a welcome cocktail and wine through the meal.
Course 1:
