Event Intro

The holidays are a time for good food, great wine, and even better company. Arizona Wine Collective and Atlas Catering are bringing it all together for two special evenings this December.
Guests are invited to join them for the Holiday Wine Dinners in partnership with local Chef Marcus van Winden, recently of The Dutch. Each event features five courses filled with local ingredients and thoughtfully paired with Arizona wines, offering a true celebration of local flavor and festive spirit delivered by one of the city's top culinary talents.
