We’re teaming up with Mother Road Brewing Co. to bring you an unforgettable Beer Dinner, perfectly pairing a 4-course meal with signature craft brews from Flagstaff’s favorite brewery! Menu crafted and curated by Chef Angel Sotelo.

Appetizer: Shrimp Shooter with Agua Chile Sauce & Avocado, paired with Double 6

1st Course: Peach Salad with Truffle Vinaigrette, Arugula, & Goat Cheese

2nd Course: Golden Trout with Lemon Risotto & Pineapple Tangerine Chutney

Dessert: Decadent Chocolate Espresso Tart
