From August 4th to August 10th, guests are invited to experience "A Culinary Journey to the Philippines," featuring a special 3-course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Jake Bloom.

Chef Jake Bloom's exclusive 3-course Filipino menu, priced at $40.00, promises a delectable journey through traditional flavors. Guests will start with an appetizer of Lumpia 2 Way, followed by the rich and savory Adobo Pork Belly as their entrée. The meal will conclude with a delightful dessert of a Palitaw & Ube Ice Cream Sandwich. For an additional $10.00, guests can enjoy a specially crafted Kagatan cocktail, or a Mangorind Dark & Stormy Mocktail, both designed to perfectly complement the meal.

This special culinary event will be offered alongside the restaurant’s regular menu and will be available nightly from 4 PM to 8 PM Sunday through Wednesday, and 4 PM to 9 PM Thursday through Saturday.
