This family friendly event will give you and your family some tools and tricks on how to start or improve your veggie garden and have interactive activities for the whole family! Come learn about raised bed gardening, soil health, composting, irrigation installation, bugs in the garden, and how to select the best crops for the fall/winter season. Live food demos will teach you some kid friendly ways to prepare your winter harvest into something delicious and nutritious for the whole family.

This event coincides with our fall veggie start sale, so you will be able to purchase some of our tried and tested winter veggie plants to kick start your fall garden! A garden themed raffle will allow you to win various tools and gardening supplies needed to start growing.

Tickets are $10/adult and $5/kids 18 and under. Each participant will receive 1 raffle tickets (more available to purchase at the event!). If you PRE-REGISTER here on Eventbrite, you will get 2 raffle tickets instead of one!

Entry to the veggie start sale is free and an event ticket is not required for entry.
