Please join us for a night of delicious food creations and mezcal pairings in a unique dining experience with flavors of Oaxaca paired with the finest mezcal selections. Maverick's Spirits Specialist Sharon Liebeskind will guide you through the mezcal flavors with a history and description of each pour.

Phoenix restaurateurs Armando Hernandez and chef Nadia Holguin, a James Beard-nominated duo originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, are behind the restaurant.

Tortillas Chiwas is currently open Thursdays through Saturdays from 5–10 pm with 38 seats. Reservations are available on OpenTable.
