As Studio Janos wraps up their season, they're putting together a very special dinner. On Thursday evening, May 29th, Chef Janos will join Chef Ryan Clark, formerly Executive Chef of Casino del Sol and currently Executive Chef at Loews Ventana Canyon, to prepare a seven-course meal based on Tucson's gastronomic heritage.
They will take a deep dive into our gastronomic history and will honor the humble ingredients and generations of ingenious and intrepid native farmers who nurtured them here for 5000 years. They will demonstrate how these arid-adapted crops have a rightful place at the table of world-class cuisine.
