This event is both educational and indulgent, offering a deeper appreciation for this beloved treat. We invite you to join the fun!”
Kimberly Briggs is local chocolatier/confectioner in Tucson. When she was 16, her mother signed her up for her first chocolate class and she never looked back. Kimberly originates from Wisconsin where she was a chef, who cooked for Reggie White of the Green Bay Packers. She moved to Tucson 20 years ago, reinventing herself as a nurse. She never lost her love and affection for food and desserts. Currently, Kimberly is a nurse by day, chocolatier by night. She creates beautiful bars, caramels, bon bons and other delights.
