Tu Nidito Benefit – Chef’s Table

Tu Nidito Benefit – Chef’s Table

About

We are honored to present a monthly dinner series to support Tu Nidito, with a 12 person communal table hosted by owner Sally Kane.

The Coronet is proud to present a monthly dinner series chef’s table to benefit Tu Nidito Children and Family Services.

On the first Thursday of each month Coronet Restaurant will offer a 5 course tasting menu (optional wine pairings)

Dinner is $90 and the wine pairings $35.  Full bar available.

This partnership is close to our hearts. Coronet Restaurant will donate 20% of all food & beverage to Tu Nidito.

In order to make your dining experience more impactful, local businessman and philanthropist Don Martin will be matching the donation each month – dollar for dollar.

Your communal table will be greeted by owner Sally Kane. Executive Chef Mallorie Hart and Operator/Bar Manager Chris Halvorsen will be on hand to greet you and your guests. They will speak to the tasting menu and guide you in the wine pairings.

@Lovinspoonfulstucson is closing after more than 20 years in Tucson. Its final day of service runs on Saturday, Oct. 24.

Customers can stop in between now and Saturday for one last meal. The team plans to sell down its inventory, though it hopes to have favorite dishes available. Regular hours remain 9am-3pm through the final day.

“Running this kitchen has been a labor of love, but the numbers just aren’t adding up anymore, and as parents, we have to make the hard choice to step back and take care of what matters most at home.”

A little love for the chefs who make Tucson’s food scene so special. These are just some of the many talented chefs who make our city what it is.

Happy International Chefs Day to the talented people behind the plates, the creativity, and the meals we keep coming back for. We’re grateful for all you do!💐A little love for the chefs who make Tucson’s food scene so special. These are just some of the many talented chefs who make our city what it is. Tucson’s food scene draws people to the city year-round. Locals and visitors alike also appreciate the chance to eat outdoors from October through April, when daytime highs often settle in the 60s and 70s. Even on “cold” evenings, a patio with a heater or fire pit keeps dinner comfortable.

Whether you want a quiet brunch, a lively happy hour, or a long dinner under the stars, this list offers a place to start. Check each restaurant’s hours before you go, since patio seating may vary by weather and season. More details on Tucsonfoodie.com.🌞
