Event Intro
Set against the scenic backdrop of the Vera Earl Ranch, this exclusive culinary event brings together two artisanal, family-owned legacies for an unforgettable evening of beef and wine. On Saturday, July 19th, guests will gather under the stars at “The Mesa” to enjoy six courses, each crafted by a different renowned local chef and paired with a unique wine from Napa Valley’s Olabisi Wines.
The concept was born from a collaborative vision between Olabisi winemaker Ted Osborne and Vera Earl Ranch—melding the best of Southern Arizona’s ranching heritage with Napa Valley’s world-class viticulture. Months of planning, tastings, and cross-country calls have culminated in this immersive ranch-to-table experience.
Upon arrival at 6:00 pm, guests will be welcomed with a signature wine pour, followed by six thoughtfully curated dishes—each featuring Vera Earl beef and introduced by the chef who created it. Wines will be presented by Ted Osborne himself or his son, Kili, adding a personal touch to each course.
The evening will highlight talents such as Executive Chef Danny Perez of Arizona Sands Club, Executive Chef David Bishop of Merit Foods, and Executive Chef Trevor Routman of Los Milics Winery. Each dish is designed to reflect the chef’s individual style while showcasing the deep, flavorful versatility of premium local beef.
Tickets are $200 per person and must be purchased in advance.
