While locally-run Dusk Music Festival will feature popular musical acts such as hip hop artist Big Sean, and dance producer and performing artist Steve Aoki, their dedication to local runs deep.

Local artists, such as Lando Chill and Herm will also appear on stage during the two-day event, but when it comes to food, it’s only local restaurants that’ll make an appearance.

“We decided early on that we really wanted to let local food shine,” said festival co-organizer Steve Stratigouleas, who’s also co-owner of Union Public House and Reforma. “Three of the four festival founders – myself included – have their hands in the restaurant business, so it only made sense.”

With sweet treats from Eegee’s and Frost Gelato and heartier fare from restaurants such as Red’s Smokehouse + Tap Room, Union Public House, and The Parish, attendees will have a wide variety of quality options to choose from.

Dusk Music Festival Participating Restaurants

Each participating restaurant below will offer a limited menu:

  • Dante’s Fire
  • Eegee’s
  • Empire Pizza
  • Frost Gelato
  • Greek House
  • The Parish
  • Red’s Smokehouse + Tap Room
  • Reforma
  • Union Public House

General admission for Dusk starts at $49 for a one-day pass. VIP tickets start at $89, which includes access to express VIP entry lanes, shaded VIP lounge areas, the VIP bar, VIP air-conditioned restrooms, and a premium viewing area.

Parking passes are $20 and must be purchased prior to the event. Bike valet will be provided.

To top off the local delights, Tucson’s own Barrio Brewing Co. brewed a special double IPA in anticipation of the festival. Dubbed “Double Dusk IPA” and an imperial or double IPA by style, the 8.7 ABV beer features Simcoe and Centennial hops from the boil with copious amounts of Citra and Mandarina Bavaria from the dry hopping phase for notes of tropical and stone fruits.

If you’re unable to try Double Dusk IPA at Dusk Music Festival, it’s also on tap at Barrio Brewing Co., Bear Canyon Pizza, Dante’s Fire, Illegal Pete’s, Tap & Bottle North, and Saguaro Corners.

In addition to Dusk’s namesake brew and the obligatory Bud and Bud Light, the festival will feature Barrio beer exclusively. Wine, beer, and soda will also be available along with a variety of cocktails.
