DOWNTOWN Kitchen + Cocktails is hosting a happy hour/networking session and fundraiser from 4 – 6 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24.
During the happy hour, local artisan baker Don Guerra of Barrio Bread, who was actually named one of the Top Ten Bakers of America, will be hanging out behind the bar as the night’s guest bartender.
You can also shakes hands with the members of the non-profit Tucson City of Gastronomy board and the City of Tucson Commission on Food Security, Heritage, and Economy.
The event will be a great opportunity to discuss the important issues in Tucson’s food system, along with suggestions on how to collaborate and address them.
Aside from the drinks, networking, and room full of knowledge, all of the tips during happy hour will support the Tucson City of Gastronomy.
