Give her Girl Scout Cookies and she’ll make salsa too, like she does every year now. This year, she’s stepping it up with a Thin Mint mole.
“I use epazote in my mole, and it’s kind of like mint, so I use Thin Mints here,” Mazon said. She pushes the chocolate richness and sweetness further with the addition of Abuelitas Mexican chocolate.
