Bald Beauties Project is teaming up with Prep & Pastry’s east location to host a benefit dinner at 6 p.m. on Saturday, September 22.
The annual dinner celebrates and provides support for young cancer patients.
Bald Beauties Project was conceived and created by Tucsonan Kelsey Taylor Luria during her treatment for Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Kelsey lost her battle in 2016, but the Bald Beauties Project carries on.
Tickets are $125 per person, and are available at baldbeautiesproject.org.

First Course (7 p.m.)
- Honey Roasted Local Pumpkin – caramel pepitas, herbed goat cheese, first harvest arugula
Second Course
- Salt-Baked Salmon / Mesquite-Smoked Rib Eye – juniper grilled asparagus, smashed potatoes, chanterelle hollandaise (Vegetarian option available upon request)
Third Course
- Apple Galette & Queen Bee Ice Cream
