It’s the kind of dinner that’ll make you feel like you’ve got a gondola parked outside waiting to take you home.
Executive chef Brian Smith and chef Simona Fabrizio from Orvieto, Italy have been working on a four-course Italian dinner that explores and combines multiple traditions and cultures on one plate.
The menu has yet to be revealed, but you can bet it’ll be a very distinguished presentation.
