“Eat This” is your source for some of the tastiest local dishes in town.
Freshly rolled out this week, savor the flavors crafted by Samurai Sombrero and Death Free Foodie in the Death Free Foodie Roll. Experience a combination of creamy avocado, crisp cucumber, and lightly fried tempura jalapeños, and crowned with a luscious duo of baked chef’s special sauce and vegan eel sauce that’ll leave you wishing you ordered 10 more.

Owners Gabby Delgadillo and Jesus Oleta are immensely grateful for the support they’ve received. Currently, it’s mostly just these two working their magic, ensuring that each order is perfect. “We make everything fresh,” said Delgadillo. “Everything is made-to-order. Due to our unique flavors and homemade sauces that can’t be found anywhere, that’s why people love our food.”
They’re in the process of growing their team. So, if there’s a wait, rest assured it’s because they’re pouring their heart and soul into every dish. Make your way to @Samuraisombrerofood and treat yourself!
