At 4-6 p.m., Happy Hour brings 20% off the entire dinner menu and beverages, giving guests a relaxed way to unwind. Then, from 4-8 p.m. (9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays), the restaurant transitions into table side service with an elevated, seasonal dinner menu that includes guajillo roasted venison loin, pan roasted salmon, and a K4 picanha steak.

Couple Akiko Senda and Michael McCormack opened Bลs Burger in December 2025 with a Japanese-inspired Wagyu smash burger concept. The interior features a retro-diner makeover with cherry red accents. Hidden Hearth opened at the MSA Annex in November 2025 as a micro-bakery and wholesale operation led by baker Alexander Phaneuf, a two-time James Beard Award semifinalist. The bakery mills its own flour on-site with a stone mill. It produces whole-grain sourdough loaves, croissants, brioche, focaccia, and baguettes from locally sourced grains. Wholesale clients include Agustรญn Kitchen, Bลs Burger, Seven Cups Fine Chinese Teas, and Crooked Tooth Brewing Company. Retail customers place orders online and pick up at the walk-up window.
