Arizona Wine Collective

Arizona Wine Collective exudes a relaxed, rustic charm with a cozy layout of barrel-top tables and Edison bulbs. Hand-painted wine quotes and regional maps decorate the walls, adding personality and local pride. It’s best known for spotlighting Arizona vineyards exclusively, creating a one-stop tasting room for state-grown wines.

The drink menu features a rotating lineup of reds, whites, and rosés from wineries like Rune, Dos Cabezas, and Carlson Creek. Guests can order curated tasting flights or glasses, with knowledgeable staff offering pairing suggestions. While food isn’t the focus, the bar serves small snacks to complement the wine experience.

The Broadway Beer & Wine Bar

Located next to Rocco’s Little Chicago Pizzeria, The Broadway Beer & Wine Bar exudes a chic, lounge-like atmosphere with modern decor and a moody color palette. Velvet green booths line the walls, accented by mustard yellow chairs and vintage chandeliers. A neon sign reading “The Broadway” anchors the back wall, adding a playful glow to the sophisticated setting. Additional seating is available on an atrium-style covered patio. The bar offers a wide selection of curated wines and craft beers in a relaxed yet upscale environment.

Caps & Corks

Caps & Corks features a clean, industrial aesthetic with exposed ductwork, metal accents, and concrete floors. Natural light pours in through tall glass windows, illuminating high-top tables and a casual, open bar area. Garage-style doors roll up to connect the interior with a spacious patio.

The drink list includes a rotating lineup of craft beers on tap, along with bottled wines and ciders. Local and regional breweries often headline the tap wall.

The Hoppy Vine

The Hoppy Vine in the Oro Valley Marketplace (near Charred Pie and Tuk Tuk Thai) combines industrial flair with a cozy, community feel through exposed ductwork, warm copper lighting, and polished wood accents. A playful mural and rotating seasonal decorations give the space a lively, local vibe. Seating includes a rounded central bar, communal tables, and patio access through wide glass doors.

The taproom offers a selection of 20 craft beers, 10 wines, and at least one hard cider and seltzer on tap. Additionally, they house a row of coolers consisting of craft beer, wine, and champagne as well as wine-based cocktails, sake, seltzers, and ciders. They also offer non-alcoholic beer, seltzers, canned mocktails, and a “mocktail of the day.”

La Esquina Bar

La Esquina Bar welcomes guests with its warm brick walls, polished concrete floors, and golden lighting that casts a soft glow throughout. Mid-century modern furnishings and artful black-and-white photography give the space a stylish, minimalist feel. Large, spherical chandeliers draw the eye upward, while greenery and emerald tile behind the bar softens the industrial edges.

The menu features a combination of beer, wine, and light Spanish-inspired bites.

Old Pueblo Cellars

Old Pueblo Cellars offers a Southwestern-chic tasting room that blends rustic charm with vibrant personality. Star-shaped pendant lights hang from the ceiling, casting a warm glow over plush couches and antique rugs. The bar area, lined with iron stools and a granite countertop, anchors the cozy yet elegant lounge. Known for its estate-grown wines, the venue emphasizes intimate, seated tastings in a relaxed, homey setting.

It is open afternoons daily, but reservations are required.

REVEL

REVEL offers a cozy, European-inspired ambiance with dim lighting, rustic decor, and a striking black-and-white mural that adds an urban touch to the space. The intimate setting features comfortable seating arrangements, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for unwinding or socializing with friends.

They boasts an extensive selection of wines from around the world, complemented by hand-selected beers and carefully crafted meat and cheese boards. The knowledgeable and friendly staff are always ready to assist guests in exploring new varietals and pairings.

Sunshine Wine

Sunshine Wine offers a cozy adobe bungalow environment with soft lighting, inviting guests to linger. A central bar anchors the space, surrounded by shelves stocked with unique bottles, making it easy to sip and shop. In the adjoining dining room, artwork and windows lend light to quiet tables tucked away for conversation. Outside, a lush patio with yellow umbrellas, herb gardens, and a firepit welcomes sunset sips and neighborhood hangs.

Inside or outside, enjoy curated wines, draft cocktails, and local-centric small plates. Desserts like roasted wheat ice cream or sugar-preserved mulberry sherbet end the evening on a sweet note.

Tap & Bottle – Downtown

Tap & Bottle  offers a laid-back atmosphere with rustic brick walls, polished concrete floors, and industrial-chic decor. The interior features communal tables and a long bar, creating a welcoming environment for both casual gatherings and special events. Known for its laid-back vibe and community-focused events, Tap & Bottle has become a staple in Tucson’s craft beer scene since opening in 2013.

The bar boasts an impressive selection of craft beers, with 21 rotating taps featuring local and regional brews, as well as an extensive bottle shop offering over 600 varieties. They also offer a curated selection of wines, ciders, cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Toraño Family Wines

Toraño Family Wines creates a vibrant, welcoming space with colorful artwork, soft lighting, and a polished yet casual feel. Tinajas Wine & Beer boasts a sleek, contemporary interior with plush white barstools, dramatic lighting, and lush greenery tucked into wall niches. Bold accents like a glowing purple logo add modern flair. A vertical wine rack and glass chandeliers enhance the space’s upscale, curated feel.

The menu offers an extensive wine list, beers, and a range of small bites such as charcuterie and cheeses.

Vertigo Wines

Vertigo Wines blends elegance with whimsy in a softly lit space featuring plush velvet barstools, floral wallpaper, and crystal chandeliers. Wine barrels double as decor and functional storage, adding rustic charm to the refined setting. A dramatic granite bar fronted by a mosaic of glass bottles anchors the room. The bar is known for its in-house barrel-aged wines and boutique tasting experience.

Guests can enjoy pours straight from the barrel, offering a unique glimpse into wine aging and flavor evolution. Longtime Tucsonans may recognize owners Kristel and Dominic Johnson from their previous business, Isabella’s Ice Cream. Kristel also spent time as general manager for HUB Ice Cream Factory and business development manager for Sand-Reckoner Vineyard before opening Vertigo Wines.

Westbound

Westbound, located in the MSA Annex, offers a unique open-air bar experience constructed from two repurposed shipping containers. The setting features shaded communal tables, a cozy fire pit, and a walk-in bottle shop stocked with curated beer, wine, and spirits. This modern, industrial-chic venue provides a relaxed outdoor experience.

Popular offerings include draft cocktails like the Cactus Wren and Mai Tai, as well as a rotating selection of craft beers and wines. Guests can bring in food from neighboring eateries a few paces away.
