We are thrilled to be joined by the very talented team at Kingfisher for a delicious 4-course dinner. **1.** Three raw oysters on the half-shell with hibiscus-infused Southwest mignonette & a mezcal-soaked grapefruit supreme (regular grapefruit supreme for anyone who doesn't want alcohol) **2.** Three grilled & chilled shrimp, glazed with chiltepin-infused Sonoran Desert honey, served atop a compressed three sisters salad with epazote vinaigrette **3.** Baked Mexican rockfish stuffed with roasted chayote squash, onions & garlic, topped with butter sauce & heirloom blue corn-cheddar-poblano cornbread crumbles, served with huitlacoche-glazed elote bites & Sonoran wheat berries with charred nopales **4.** Mexican hot chocolate-inspired pots de creme with orange-infused whipped cream and a cinnamon-dusted corico Add an NA pairing for $40 or an alcohol pairing for $55.

@Istanbulmediterraneanexpress is expanding to MARANA! The family-run Turkish restaurant is opening a second location, Istanbul Mediterranean Express, at 5660 W. Cortaro Farms Rd., Suite 100. The fast-casual concept will feature about 75% of the original menu, plus two exclusive offerings: build-your-own Kumpir, a Turkish stuffed baked potato, and fresh in-house ground doner. The restaurant is currently working through permits and remodeling, with a grand opening date expected to be announced soon.
