Official Rules — Sonoran Restaurant Week Receipt Giveaway

1. Sponsor
The Sonoran Restaurant Week Receipt Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Tucson Foodie LLC, 2825 W Ironwood Hill Dr, Tucson, AZ 85745 (the “Sponsor”). Sonoran Restaurant Week presenting partners and sponsors are marketing partners of Sonoran Restaurant Week and are not sponsors or administrators of this Promotion.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from 12:00 AM on September 4, 2026 to 11:59 PM on September 13, 2026, Arizona time (the “Promotion Period”) — the dates of Sonoran Restaurant Week 2026. Entries are attributed to the Sponsor's server time, which is Arizona time.
4. How to Enter
Receipt Method: sign in to your Tucson Foodie account at tucsonfoodie.com/srw/giveaway, select the participating restaurant you visited, and upload an itemized receipt that legibly shows the restaurant name, the date, and the total. The receipt must be dated within the Promotion Period and must be from a restaurant participating in Sonoran Restaurant Week 2026 (the list at tucsonfoodie.com/srw/restaurants). Any purchase at a participating restaurant during the Promotion Period qualifies; ordering from the Restaurant Week menu is not required.
No-Purchase Method: to enter without a purchase, send an email to info@tucsonfoodie.com containing a clear photo or image of a qualifying restaurant receipt or visit record, the name of the restaurant, and the date of the visit. One email constitutes one entry and is treated identically to one Receipt Method entry for all purposes, including the entry limit in Section 5.

5. Entry Limit
Maximum of three (3) entries per person per calendar day (Arizona time), across both entry methods combined. One receipt constitutes one entry; each receipt may be entered once.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period closes. Each entry is one chance in the drawing; entering more receipts increases your chances. A maximum of one prize per person. Winners will be announced on Tucson Foodie's channels and notified by email within three (3) business days of the drawing. A winner who does not respond within five (5) days of notification may forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize
The prize is a Sonoran Restaurant Week prize package that includes $250 in cash. Package contents beyond the cash component are as announced on Tucson Foodie's channels. The prize is awarded as-is, is non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, accepting a prize constitutes consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. Conditions
The Sponsor may disqualify any entry it determines, in its sole discretion, to be illegible, altered, duplicated, fraudulent, or not genuine, and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it cannot run as planned for any reason.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release the Sponsor, Sonoran Restaurant Week partners and sponsors, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize.
11. Privacy
Entry information is handled in accordance with Tucson Foodie's privacy practices. Uploaded receipts are stored privately, are used only to administer the Promotion, and will be deleted within sixty (60) days after winners are confirmed; a record of each entry (without the receipt image) is retained.
12. Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
