What better way to wrap up the summer than by bringing together two local favorites for an indulgent beer pairing dinner.

That’s right, Zinburger and Barrio Brewing are teaming up on August 19 at Zinburger’s Grant Road location.

Bacon and beer seem to be the culinary themes of the season and this menu does not disappoint, offering smothered Bacon Tots and a Beer Man’s Brownie with candied bacon bits.

Executive Chef Andre Warren will be preparing three courses and a rep from Barrio Brewing will be present to chat about their food and beer choices for the night.

Dinner starts at 6:30pm and runs $35 per person.

First Course

• Cheesy Bacon Tots – House made tater tots, bacon, cheddar, roasted jalapeno and house made cheese sauce
• Pairing: Barrio Blonde

Second Course

• Baja Chicken Slider – Grilled chicken, spiced orange, lime slaw, avocado and cilantro aioli
• Steak Fajita Slider – Marinated steak, grilled peppers and onions, fresh cilantro, lettuce and mayo
• Pairing: Barrio Blanco

Third Course

• Beer Man’s Brownie – Warm brownie, house made beer ice cream, honey-cinnamon caramel and candied bacon pieces
• Pairing: Barrio Rojo
