Refreshing Solstice Pop-Up Dinner at Sky Islands Public High School (MENU)

August 6, 2019
By Matt Sterner

Three courses with a champagne toast & wine pairings.

Chef Aidan Gould at the Sky Islands Public High School is hosting a Solstice Pop-Up Dinner at 7 p.m. on Saturday, September 7.

The meal was crafted in the mind of chef Gould after being inspired by the heat from Tucson’s summer. The menu consists of bright, refreshing dishes that use traditional southwest desert ingredients.

Also, to set the mood of the evening, the dinner will feature a sunset champagne toast and two hand-selected wine pairings.

Tickets are $100 per person and you’ll need to reserve your seat ahead of time. Oh, and one more thing — the dinner is limited to only 20 people (and is expected to sell out quickly).

(GMT-07:00)
