The Lettuce Wraps feature chickpea fritters with pickled vegetables, smoked cashews, and harissa vinaigrette.

When it comes to vegan food, Cup Cafe at Hotel Congress keeps it fun. They recently incorporated a few new vegan items onto their menu, including the Sonoran Sopes and Beyond Patty Melt.

On the patio, Plaza Eats takes a more casual approach with entrees ranging from $5 to $10.

All the elements except for the sauce provide varying types of crunch, all with completely different flavor profiles that work in unison. The harissa and smoke add the last bit of oomph for scrumptious bites you’ll devour without a crumb remaining.

Plaza Eats is located at 311 E. Congress St. Operating hours are 9 p.m. – 2 a.m. Thursday, 6 p.m. – 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday. For more information, visit hotelcongress.com.
