Le Cornucopia Café, one of our favorite spots to visit in Bisbee, is opening a brand-new location in Sierra Vista — just northwest of its original location at 14 Main St.
The new Sierra Vista café, located inside the Sierra Vista Public Library at 2600 E. Tacoma St., is hosting its Grand Opening on Monday, August 5.
If you’ve been to the Bisbee location, which has been open since the mid-to-late ’90s and also referred to as Café Cornucopia, you’re likely a fan and aware of its quaint atmosphere — serving up fresh, made-to-order bites that draw a crowd.
Sometimes the line stretches down the sidewalk at the Bisbee location.
“Enjoy their truly delicious meatloaf sandwich, a variety of soups, quiches, and more,” the City of Sierra Vista Library, Recreation, and Cultural Services shared.
And speaking of that meatloaf sandwich, it had garnered the attention of Forbes magazine. Back in 2021, they referred to Bisbee as “Mayberry on acid” and the meatloaf sandwich was their most memorable meal.
“We encourage you to support them as it’s really a rare and neat thing for a library to have a cafe’. In fact, did you know Sierra Vista is one of the only libraries with a successful restaurant run out of it in the country? Bon Appetit!”
Le Cornucopia’s new Sierra Vista location is expected to be open 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. daily. If you’re reading this on Monday, August 5, the café is offering a free lemonade with any entree purchase for its Grand Opening.
Le Cornucopia Café is located at 2600 E. Tacoma St. (Sierra Vista) and 14 Main St. (Bisbee). For more information, follow Le Cornucopia Café on Instagram and Facebook.
