Some call it an appetizer, others consider it an art form. It’s easy for a charcuterie board to take the spotlight when plopped onto the table — it’s a conversation starter with its meats, cheeses, and snacks.
To many, they’re edible masterpieces, and to all, they are now available at Crooked Tooth Brewing, 228 E. Sixth St.
Each board is prepared in-house with French brie, port wine derby cheese, Sherry Sheep cheese, marinated artichokes, pickled carrots, green olives marinated with tangerines, tart dried cherries, candied pecans, and dried orange slices.
Also, if you’d like to add meat, they offer fennel salami and spinata calabrese.
“They are well-portioned and delicious,” Julie Vernon added, life-long Tucsonan and co-owner of Crooked Tooth Brewing.
Plus, don’t forget that Chef Dee Buizer’s Senae Thai is set up outside, serving her popular Thai dishes on Crooked Tooth’s patio! Buizer officially opened the new food truck in December 2024, and is open from 5 – 9 p.m. on Wednesday – Sunday (subject to change).
Crooked Tooth Brewing is also a Restaurant Partner, meaning that Tucson Foodie Insiders can score a free beer with the purchase of a charcuterie board.
