Vegan Tucson Night Market returns to Rillito Park on Sept. 5 with 66 vendors, live music, and free admission

Death Free Foodie and Tucson Foodie co-produce the quarterly all-vegan market, drawing 3,000 to 4,000 attendees to the Rillito Park pavilions each edition.

The Vegan Tucson Night Market returns for its third edition of 2026 from 6-10 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5, at the Rillito Park Farmers Market Food Pavilions, 1st Ave. and River Road. Admission is free, parking is free, all ages are welcome, and dogs are welcome too. Shane Reiser of Tucson Foodie, one of the market's co-creators, has described Tucson's desert evening atmosphere as "the perfect venue" for the event. Full details and the vendor lineup live here.

Death Free Foodie and Tucson Foodie co-produce the Vegan Tucson Night Market, held quarterly at Rillito Park. Every stall is vegan: hot food, sweets, drinks, and makers selling what they make. The September edition arrives with 66 vendors confirmed, the largest lineup of the year. Presenting sponsor is The Prime Leaf Dispensary, with additional support from Trulieve and Semper Fi Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Visionary House Collective provides the music.

How the market works

The Vegan Tucson Night Market is an evening market you walk, not a sit-down event. Most people work their way along the pavilions and eat from several stalls, with the full spread adding up to a well-rounded night of grazing. Wear comfortable shoes, come hungry, and bring friends. The market runs hot until 10 p.m. — September evenings in Tucson start warm and cool as the night goes on, so a light layer toward the end doesn't hurt.
