MSA Annex Crossover Japanese-Mexican Dinner Pop-Up at Westbound

Westbound will host a four-course dining event featuring Japanese and Mexican-inspired dishes with drink pairings on Sunday, April 6, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the MSA Annex.

Beaut Burger, Rollies Mexican Patio, Kukai, and Decibel Coffee Works will prepare the dishes, while Westbound will provide the drink pairings. Seating is limited, and attendees must purchase tickets in advance. Tickets are $85; Tucson Foodie Insider members can find a code for $5 off in the Tucson Foodie mobile app.

1st Course by Beaut Burger

Mexican Street Corn Esquite w/ Fresh Corn Tortilla Chips
Fresh roasted corn, avocado, garlic, jalapeño, sriracha mayo, furikake, cilantro & lime

2nd Course by Rollies Mexican Patio & Kukai

ChicarrĂłn Aguachile
Topped with pickled onion, cilantro, microgreens, and a tangy chiltepĂ­n citrus soy sauce

3rd Course by Rollies Mexican Patio & Kukai

Birria Wonton Tostada
Crispy wonton, rich birria, topped with gingered lotus daikon slaw and finished with smoky salsa macha

4th Course by Decibel Coffee Works

Sorbet w/ Sesame Seed Brittle
