Union Public House is hosting a four-course dinner featuring Anderson Valley Brewing Company and Wild Turkey Bourbon at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28.
Anderson Valley is known for their cans of Boont amber ale, along with their beers aged in Wild Turkey barrels.
While each course features an Anderson Valley brew, Wild Turkey is also incorporated into the sauces and even the ice cream.
Seats are $60 per person plus tax and gratuity. To make a reservation, call (520) 329-8575.

First Course
- Goat Cheese Tart – toasted grain crust, Fiore di Capra chevre, Boont caramelized onion, braised greens, Wild Turkey caramel vinaigrette

- Harlequin Quail – gose-brined, coriander-crusted Arizona winter quail, lacto-soured blood orange marmalade, cilantro oil, burnt bourbon
- Paired with Blood Orange Gose
Third Course
- Beef Cheek – 24 hour, bourbon-molasses-coffee-stout, oak-smoked cheeks, Wild Turkey vinegar
- Paired with Huge Arker
Fourth Course
- Anderson Valley Bourbon Barrel Float – drunken Wild Turkey ice cream, orange-cherry reduction
